Products
Wakil sells new smartphone spare parts (displays, batteries, connectors and related accessories). Product descriptions and photos are informative; slight variations may occur depending on the supplier batch.
Orders
An order is confirmed once Wakil validates stock and shipping details. We may call the phone number provided to confirm the order before dispatch.
Payment
Payment is cash on delivery (COD) at the time of receipt. The amount charged is the total shown at checkout (product prices + shipping).
Delivery
Delivery is available to all wilayas of Algeria, to the home address or to a stop-desk, via our courier partner. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the destination and carrier.
Returns and complaints
For a damaged, missing or incorrect item, open a complaint (réclamation) from the website with your order number and supporting photos. Eligible returns follow our review of the case.
